General Manager

Garrett Hotel Consultants (GHC) is a developer of high-end boutique hotels with a number of renowned properties to its credit. We work with owners, investors and staff to create, craft and/or operate world class Relais & Chateaux-level properties designed to bring the highest level of ambiance, service, cuisine, and guest experience.

We are currently working on a number of projects around the continent that will require the development of strong management teams over the next year or so and would like to connect with experienced and motivated individuals. 

 

The ideal candidate will possess: 

  • Luxury hotel experience and leadership roles

  • Self-motivation and a commitment to excellence 

  • The highest integrity, moral, and ethical standards

  • A desire to constantly push the property forward and actively work to achieve long terms goals informed by the property’s vision and mission statements 

  • A great work ethic, a willingness to do whatever is necessary, and lead by example in every department

  • A warm, genuine, and socially engaging personality 

  • Excellent managerial, team building, and staff development skills

  • Ability to prioritize, and exercise good judgement

  • Strong financial and budgeting acumen
