CAITRIN GARRETT

Chief Operating Officer

Caitrin has over twenty years of developmental and operational experience of world class hotels in both the boutique and corporate spheres, including several years with the Four Seasons in Washington DC, the George V in Paris, and the Mandarin Oriental in New York City. 

She served as the COO of The Garrett Hotel Group and was responsible for the oversight and management of five operating entities, all Relais & Châteaux members. She was elected to the International Board of Directors of Relais & Châteaux. 

With GHC, Caitrin is actively involved in all aspects of project development and management.

CHRISTIE GARRETT

President + Co-Founder

Christie oversees interior, exterior and landscape design for the hotels and other projects, as well as any and all details that affect guest experience. Christie worked in landscape design in Boston and later joined the Office of Dan Kiley - the international design firm of America's leading landscape architect, where she worked closely with Mr. Kiley. 

Mrs. Garrett oversees all aspects of renovation and construction for the company. Her extraordinary touch is evident throughout the hotels the company has worked with and is an extremely important factor behind the continued recognition, superb guest experience and industry accolades of the hotels created by GHC.

ROB ARTHUR

General Manager

Rob Arthur is the General Manager of The Ivy Hotel under GHC’s development and operating contract. Rob has worked at a number of GHC properties and has extensive development, management, construction, advisory and operational experience in both urban and resort communities. Rob remains actively involved as an advisor on other GHC projects and is The Ivy Hotel’s delegate to Relais & Châteaux.

MORIAH GARRETT

Chief Marketing Officer

Moriah works on various projects designing and implementing programs across all marketing platforms. Her areas of expertise include social media, content marketing, design and branding. She works with clients to develop an integrated marketing strategy that includes content creation, photo shoot production, digital media, event development and execution, influencer relations, marketing collateral and package design. She also assists with concept development and design.
