Historic hot springs reinvisioned.

This incredible cauldron 50 miles north of Phoenix was master-planned in great detail and approved for development by state and local authorities.

A thirty room boutique hotel spa in the high desert of Arizona, it was operationally modeled on The Point, while being physically modeled on the historic hotel that was originally on the site. Of the 210 acres only ten were used for hotel operations, the balance being protected.

The project was sold by the Garretts in 2007 to be developed as designed. It was resold and purchased by a former GHG associate who revised the project and reopened in 2018.
